The following General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") of tattoo-appointment.com based in Wuppertal ("Tattoo appointment", "we") govern the use of our services via the Tattoo-appointment website, which is accessible via www.tattoo-appointment.com ("Website") and are applicable to all contracts concluded with you ("Customer "*, "you") via the Website. Tattoo appointment offers software that can be used by tattoo studios, individual tattoo artists and tattoo studio customers (customers are private individuals who use the website as end consumers and do not offer services) to simplify the tattoo appointment booking process. This includes, among other things, customer communication, appointment scheduling and payment processing. For this purpose, we collect, store and process personal data from our users. We charge a platform fee for every arranged tattoo booking. This is €1.99 / $1.99 (depending on currency) and is charged when the desired tattoo appointment date is selected, together with the appointment deposit. You can decide whether your customers should pay the platform fee or whether you as the studio should pay it. If the customer pays the platform fee, this will be added to the appointment deposit. This is clearly indicated in the booking process. If the studio pays the platform fee, this is automatically deducted from the appointment deposit.
All content shared via our website must comply with the applicable laws. Copyright law and all other third-party rights must be observed. The user is liable for content. Tattoo appointment does not claim any copyright on uploaded content, it still belongs to you.
It is necessary to create a user account so that you can use all the functions of the website. It is not permitted to create multiple user accounts. It is also not permitted to transfer user accounts.

You confirm that all the personal details you have provided are correct. This is important to ensure that a valid contract is concluded when you book an appointment.
Contracts for tattoo appointments and tattoos are concluded directly with the respective studio. Tattoo appointment only provides the basic infrastructure for this.
Non-binding booking requests can be sent via the respective booking request page of the tattoo studio. Requests are then visible in the tattoo artist's dashboard and can be communicated via email chat. If the artist accepts the request, the customer receives a confirmation email with a link to the studio calendar. There the user can choose a free appointment. If no more appointments are available, the customer must wait until an appointment becomes free.
As soon as the user has paid the appointment deposit, a binding agreement is made between the customer and the tattoo artist. The Tattoo Appointment Platform is not involved in this agreement. The terms and conditions of the respective tattoo studio apply.
The Terms and conditions of the tattoo studio determine in which case an appointment deposit will be refunded.
The statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies. This right expires when the customer arrives at the agreed location for the tattoo appointment.
